Hi and welcome
First I want to take a moment to thank you, from the bottom of my soft big heart, for landing on this website and showing interest in my work, it really means the world to me.
My name is Anna, but I mostly go by Fanny. (she/they) I’m a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, tarot reader, student of miracels, (inspired by adrianne maree brown) biodynamic craniosacral practitioner, food lover, and a big nature and science nerd . I am based in Berlin, but originally from Copenhagen. Here in Berlin, I am a part of a small collective of practitioners, healers, and therapists called Osmos studio, where I give Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions. First and for most i’m a queer, feminist witch with a passion for bringing healing, creativity, joy, and pleasure into the world. I am also someone who has lived through complex trauma, something that I am constantly learning to meet with as much tenderness and care as possible.
Words that could be used to describe me: sweet, humble, goofy, soft vulnerability, laughter, down to earth, patient, empathic, dreamer, nerdy, curious.
I have always felt like an old spirit housed in a young body. As a young child and teenager, I had a hard time reflecting myself in my pears. I was confronted with big existential questions early on, when parts of my family past away. Seeing how fleeing and ever chancing life is, ushered me into a spiritual path, although I was not really aware of it at the time. I vowed back then, that I would never take my life for granted, and to always stay true to myself.
Growing up, however, I often found myself in continuous burn-out states, trying to navigate the often times chaotic and painful states of the world, and my own unprocessed grief. It wasn’t until I really started my own healing journey, and found myself in a very raw and vulnerable place of feeling unearthed, that I started to notice a new emotional resiliency and power growing within. I realised how deeply grief-and death phobic our overculture is, and how I had tried to keep a mask of constant happiness and perfectionism, in order to “fit in”. I believe that there is a great power in honouring the ever-evolving, ever-changing nature of life. And I believe that we all deserve to be supported, to have someone “hold our hands,” while we step into unknown territory.
It has taken me a long time to understand, that being vulnerable and asking for help, is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength.
An act that honours our interdependence - an act that honours that we don’t exist in a vacuum. Help and support can look many different ways: it can come from other humans, but it can also come from the natural world, from non-human beings, from ancestors, spirits, (God if you identify with that word) and from yourself.
Assisting you in finding your own support system in every present moment, is a big part of how I approach my work. Having someone mirror and witness our own inner knowings, can be a huge help, as we move through the chaotically beautiful journey that life is.
My hope with Waves of Healing, is to facilitate a space where we can return to our unique way of being, thinking, and existing. My hope is to help support you in rediscovering and celebrating your own body, voice, capacity, creativity, and expression.
I would never claim that I know what that looks life for each individual, however, slowly reconnecting with this space in myself, has helped me understand some tools and practices that can be a big support on this journey. Practices that I draw from years of self discovery and studies in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, body/mind connection, meditation, holistic movement, the tarot, witchcraft, mysticism, and 10+ years of dance experience. At the end of the page, you can learn more about my education, experience, and trainings.
— My Philosophy —
We live in a world that is so focused on- and centered around continual growth and productivity, that it can be really hard to sense our own internal pace, rhythms, and needs.
Like the natural world around us, so too, do we move through inner seasons, inner ebbs and flows. Inspired by one of my tarot teachers, Lindsay Mack, we are spirallic beings that are far more complex and nuanced, than what society around us might have led us to believe.
We are constantly influenced by the structures, values, and systems that we exist in. Unfortunately, there is a big tendency within the therapeutic and healing world, to be very individually orientated. Off course, it is highly important that we honour our individuality, our story, and autonomy in our healing journeys, but it is my believe, that it is equally important to honour the waters that shapes us. The brilliant, doctor Gabor Maté, writes and reflects on this dynamic in his book: The myth of normal, healing trauma in a toxic culture.
I appreciate the mantra: "we cannot heal the world without healing ourselves,” and I believe that it goes both ways; we cannot heal ourselves without healing the world.”

In our essence, we as humans are a deeply interdependent, creative, and collaborative species. But along the way, through colonialism, capitalism, and the rise of anthropocentrism, we have forgotten and disregarded our own nature.

Investing in our own wellbeing, and in the wellbeing of our community, can be a way to restore our wholeness. Wholeness, not as a disregard or bypassing of our grief, our suffering, and our loneliness. But rather as a remembrance of our love, our resilience, our adaptability, and all of the complexity in between. ____________________________________________________________________
I also deeply appreciate these 2 quotes from adreanne maree brown: “in the face of my grief, my work is to live fully.” And: “Pleasure is only actually possible when you can feel the widest range of your emotions.” Both statements are set in an interview on the podcast: sounds true.
I believe, that one of the great responsibilities as a healer, somatic therapist, and facilitator, is to help people hold the wide range of their emotions, and find ways to sit with, and transform from them.
One of the greatest teaching of the tarot, for me, has been that through honouring our cycles, individually and collectively, we grow through and with the pain, much like mushrooms growing from organic compost. And through this process, we become more rooted in our strength, our wisdom, and our heart.
These realisation continues to be my guiding force.
How did I arrive at this place?
Craniosacral biodynamics 2020- 2023
Currently I am passionate about understanding the language of our body. This education was a continuos eye-opening experience, being in constant awe of the intelligence of our bodies. It has provided me with a lot of tools to help the body restore itself and recreate safety.
Tarot for the Wild soul course - 2019
The Tarot for the wild soul course, was my first in depth meeting with the tarot, after a year of practicing on my own. An 8 week course facilitated by Lindsay Mack, with detailed explanations of every single card of the tarot. There is a big community around the course, sharing experiences, knowledge and reflections which helped me develop my own style of reading
Tarot school for liberation - 2020
This online course was an 6 weeks course facilitated by Corinna from Rise up Good Witch. Corinna focuses on teaching tarot through a liberatory lense, with social justice at the forefront. In the course we dived deep into mutual aid, collective trauma, and self care.
Art continuum residency - 2019
In the early spring of 2019 I was a part of the artistic nomadic residency called Art continuum. Within this residency we explored many fields of dance and somatic movement. We danced in the waters of south Thailand and shared poetry at the sunset. The residency gave me a greater awareness of the intersection between movement, artistic expression, and collective healing.
Yoga teacher training at Yogada - 2019
In 2019 I received my diploma for 200h yoga teacher training outside Rishikesh in India. After practising yoga for many years, and expanding my dance practice, I was passionate about getting some tools to begin a teaching practice. This experience has a very special place in my heart.
LungA school - 2018
For many years i had heard of the little art school in the east mountains of Iceland. In many ways living in the small town of seydisfjodur felt like a surreal utopia. The school facilitated courses that had us exploring unknown territories of ourselves and each other. It also opened me up to the magic that is inherent in the nature around us. The experience helped me shape my understanding of mysticism, tarot and divination.
