Biodynamic Craniosacral sesions

Introduction sessions — 75 min //100€

For any clients trying out their first biodynamic craniosacral session with me.

These session are available both in danish and english. Upon arrival you can request the language that works best for you.

Recurring session - 60 min //90€

For any clients who have already had an introduction session. The amount of recurring sessions will be suggested in our first session, and continuously negotiated.

Sliding scale and discounts

I offer a 5% student discount on all BSCT sessions. Use the code STUDENT in your appointment booking to receive the discount.

I additionally offer 2 sliding scale sessions a month of 15%.

The sliding scale offering is prioritised for low-income folks and/or people targeted by systemic oppression like transphobia, racism, ableism etc.

  • The Empress tarot session

    In this session we will focus on establishing a container of safety and mutual trust. We will orient towards your own story: what brought you to this point in time, what makes you happy and passionate, what makes you feel exhausted, and what fills your cup. We will also get curious about your support system, and how to find your ground through turbulent times. I recommend this session for any new clients.

  • The Queen of cups tarot session

    This reading is meant as a support grounded in your present experience - whatever that may look like. We will primarily focus on one arena of your life, for instance: mental/emotional health, self-care, money, relationships, career etc. It may be beneficial to bring 1-2 open questions for the reading. I recommend this session for any reacquiring clients.

  • The high priestess tarot & healing session

    These sessions are all about tuning into your body and working with deeper layers of the phsyce. We will work with different somatic practices that I draw from a wide range of practices. In this session we orient towards calming the nervous system and creating more spaciousness in your body. Through this state we will dive into a more meditative tarot reading.

  • The ace of wands creativity reading

    The Ace of wands reading is created with the intention to support your creative force and dreams. Wether you are in the fresh and delicate process of creating a new project/body of work, or wether your are in the nitty gritty of it all, this reading is for you. We dedicate a whole hour, to dive deep into the juiciness of your own creativity, and your visions for the future. This session may bring greater clarity on how to structure and direct your energy moving forward.

Ethics/Guidelines

  • I do not see clients across the board who are under the influence of recreational drugs, IE. alcohol, drugs or weed. 

    → I am okay with people using microdosing, CBD oil, or very small amounts of TCH for their mental health, or for managing chronic pain.

  • I do not see clients across the board who are in an acute mental or emotional emergency that calls for the professionalism of a psychiatrist. 

    → you are always welcome to write to me before booking a consultation, if you are doubting whether or not that is the case for you.

  • If you have recently been in an accident, or had an operation, I always recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before booking a BCST treatment. Whenever there has been physical shock or interference, it can be beneficial for our system to have a little bit of time to regroup, before we put our bodies back “in the hands” of others. 

  • I will never encourage anyone to stop taking their medication wether that be for mental or physical support. If you are in the process of stepping down from taking your medication with professional support, we might work through some of the emotions and concerns that comes with that process. I am in no professional position to diagnose or consult you regarding pharmaceutical support.

  • I do not read tarot for anyone who is not physically in the space during a reading, IE. a friend, a lover, a coworker etc.

    I do not interpret any readings that other people might have given you, or readings you have done for yourself through the years. You are always welcome to mention if anything feels familiar to you, or if you have any questions.

  • I cannot predict any material outcomes of the future. IE. when you will get a raise, when/if you will get married, where your next home will be. I might get a sense of energetic or abstract invitation for the future, for instance that your creative endeavours are coming more into the forefront of your life.

  • I do not communicate directly with known ancestors through mediumship. I might sense messages or insights from ancestral entities, but it will not be a direct back and forth “communication.” There are many readers and practitioners out there who offers sessions with ancestral healing and communication much more at the forefront of their work.

Support your nervous system, brain, and heart with this 30 min session, that can be tailored to your present needs. Our work together can include guided meditation/body scanning, holistic movement, somatic resourcing, and Craniosacral Biodynamics. This offering is only for those who have had minimum 1 session with me prior.

  • I honour and acknowledge that most somatic based approaches to healing and therapy are rooted in, or highly influenced by, indigenous traditional healing practices. 

→ I honour and acknowledge that the founders of BSCT lived on indigenous land (Turtle Island) known as reservations and that the development of BSCT was greatly influenced by the wisdom shared though encounters with indigenous knowledge and philosophy. 

  • I honour, acknowledge, and pay my respects to the traditions, practices, and religions that came long before any kind of western concepts of mindfulness. To name a few, I pay my respect to the long standing traditions of yoga, buddhism, zen buddhism, taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and so many more. 

  • I honour and acknowledge the deep ties that The tarot have to Roma/Romani people, and the longstanding connection that many Roma communities have with divinatory practices such as The Tarot.  

  • All of my work has been, and continues to be influenced by norse mythology and mysticism. I am a passionate student of nordic/Scandinavian folklore, tales, and pageant traditions. I am learning the old symbolism of runes, and might, upon request, incorporate them into a tarot reading. 

  • I strive to continually educate myself on matters of racism, transphobia, ableism etc. I strive to create a safe space for people of all walks of life. I am slowly gathering a small recommendation list, should you wish to work with someone who shares the same identity as yourself.
